With this issue, I would call into support so that we can look at the logs of your SCv4020 to see what is going on as to why the replacement controller is not coming online.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
As Sam had stated previously, with this issue, you would need to call into support so that we can look at the logs to see what is going on as to why the replacement controller is not coming online.
I have a similar problem. A disk in one of the controllers left the side of the SSD. The system does not boot. In the console Parallel Pass Complete at 10/12/2021 01:34:12 PM, Pass Durations: 19.033, Elapsed Since Boot: 02: 17.339 - Finished "InitializeIPC", Starting "SelectLeader" 0x0000AC5D: Failed controllers, first selection, restart. 0x0000AC5D: Failed controllers, first selection, restart. How to solve the problem?
I have already called the support phone many times, this does not lead to anything, without a guarantee they do not want to talk to me. Can I leave an electronic request for help somewhere?
How do I get one-time support? As I understand it, I need to replace the SSD disk and load the operating system image there. Where to go to get it? It is not on the support site.
There is no alternative route to getting assistance. The group with the tools to assist is a phone group only. Which group are you speaking with when you say the calls don't lead to anything?

I'm fairly sure, yes. The specific details (like pricing), I don't know them, though. There is a 1-time support offering that may suit you.

My warranty is over. Can I get post-warranty service?

You would need to contact phone support to arrange it.
