Unable to connect to secure connection servers
Hi there we have a sc3020 and we try to enable the secure connection. but the secure connection is returning the following :

for both controllers. We have contact support but the telling us that the problem is our network connection.
We dont have any proxy and the network settings are correct.
Any ideas ?

Call into support and ask them specifically to check "Is Secure console enabled in WebCST for system ?" This does require that the system has sent a successful phone home.
