Can I change a switch name without affecting anything else?

Basically I have a small SAN, two Brocade 200e switches connected to a Clariion CX3-20. During installation the switches were configured, probably the default setting, with the same name "SW200E". Now I want to rename both to "SW200E_A" and "SW200E_B". I know where to do this in the web tools but I don't know if there are any consequences.
