Brocade alias creation

hi guys
the clients environment has zones created with out any aliases for the server HBAs or array FAs/SPs.
I tried to create aliases with alicreate or from web tools. it did show if i do a nodefind on any wwn. The question i am throwing is how to make these aliases visible on web tools.If we click on zones in zone admin i couldnt see any associated aliases in the right pane.

[I need it so that when ever i create a zone i can add the aliases directly in to the zone rather than wwn of hba or array.]

Please reply if you dont understand what i am asking abt

Creating an alias doesn't do a replace of the associated wwn in already existing zones !
You need to create aliases and then do a manually replace of the wwns with the just created aliases. Add the alias, commit, remove the wwn, commit it what I would do.
I'm not sure if you can add the alias and remove the wwn and then do 1 commit.

That's what I'd do ... add at first .. and remove when you you are sure that everything still works ..
