Complicated setup? Will this work/be supported?

Question

I have 2 fabrics in 1 location (called A), each consists of multiple Cisco switches connected via ISL. Multiple CX's are on these 2 fabrics. We have another location (called B) that have an AX4. We want to mirror data from B to A using MV via FCIP. so the setup (from B to A) is AX4 --> Qlogic iSR6142 --> LAN in B <--> LAN in A <-- Qlogic iSR6142 <-- Cisco 9216 <-- CX4. Will this set up work and be supported? Has anyone done anyhing like this? If can go please walk me through (high level) how to configure this? Thanks in advance.

according to E-Lab navigator it's supported. 6142 has to be on code 2.2.0.5 or 2.3.1.5 or 2.3.1.6 and MDS 9126 has to be on 3.3.2. Qlogic actually has an example how to set it up. I've played with this device a year ago ..very easy to use.
