login to the switches via web based interface and get the serial numbers. Email powerlink support and ask them to add Connetrix Manager download option to your profile, i had to request mine to be added. They might ask you for the serial number of your switches.

Thank you for the advice.... you think if they could send me a cross over cable, a null modem cable and a bunch of labels they could at least send me a software CD huh? Oh well, got to play by there game I guess, thanks again
