Enhanced zoning or not ?

We are designing a new SAN to be installed based on 9513's and there's a discussion going on about whether or not to enable enhanced zoning. As far as I can see enhanced zoning has the advantage that troubleshooting would be easier and that zoning will put a lock on the fabric, so nobody else can start zoning configurations at the same time.
However.... I also know that moving to enhanced zoning is a one way process: you cannot go back to basic zoning (not without a special procedure).

Can anybody put some light on this and give me advice on what too do: basic or enhanced zoning ?

Short input: If you are using ECC to do your zoning enhanced zoning is not yet supported (ECC 5.X and 6.0)

Thanks for the procedure, but I only wanted to know if there were negative aspects in the enhanced zoning compared to basic zoning.
I know you can go back to basic, but I only need to know that when we choose to activate enhanced zoning, we can do the same as with basic zoning, and more...

for example: can we still connect Brocades through ISL's, create portchannels, use QoS ? (all just examples) Is there anything we cannot do anymore when using enhanced zoning ?
