My DS16-B3 doesn't accept any config changes

Question

Hi all,
I'm having a problem modifying the configuration of my switch. Both via GUI than via CLI, when I try to modify my configuration, the switch seems to accept new changes but actually it doesn't change anything. I don't get any error.
Obliviously I save and apply all changes I made.

Do you have any idea about this strange behavior?

Did you move the new zones into the enabled zoneset ? This might as well be the one thing people forget when they encounter errors or problems like yours.

In the GUI, go to the last tab, look up your new zones, select them and click on the arrow that points to the right.

Then activate (and save, which it will then do automatically as well).

To be sure that the changes have been commited, compare the defined configuration and the effective configuration in "cfgshow".
If both configurations are the same, please tell us more about what seems to be not changed. Maybe you want to discover a new path on a host, or something else...
