Output of the portshow and islshow clearly says that the link and sfp both are looking ok on this switch for this ISL port.
It can be due to huwai switch (dwdm) which brocade is not able to troubleshoot end to end link. You can try crossPort test , portloopback test to check further wether any issue on brocade end or not. If portloopback test is fine then you can open a case with your vendor to ask same but I dont think it matter to check spinfab for long ditance ISL's.
