going by the documentation:
Support Matrix |
CSM 1.16.x (CSI driver 2.16.x) is qualified back to OpenShift 4.17 and supports PowerFlex versions 4.5.x, 4.6.x, 4.8.x, 5.0
The most recent version of the Dell CSI driver that was qualified with OpenShift 4.16 was CSM 1.12. and supported PowerFlex versions 3.6.x, 4.5.x, 4.6.x
OpenShift 4.16 is on Extended support currently OpenShift Container Platform Life Cycle | Red Hat Customer Portal
