pod cannot write any file to the Dell PowerStore

customer can create the PVC , but  find the pod cannot write any file to the Dell storage,  customer saw it is iscsi protocol, how to change the permission?

 And one more question, customer find it through Dell storage create volume, not allow use multi read/write function, event follow multipath config , but still not work, pls advise.
