So on the 19th (Sunday) I ordered an Alienware 13 R2. A few hours later Dell emailed me saying that they were unable to process my order due to an unauthorized payment and that they were going to make another attempt to process the order within 24 hours and email me if payment is authorized. So I called up American Express and cleared up the issue. 4 days later, still no confirmation email. How long does this usually take? Did my order get canceled completely?
