@DELL-Cares , I have not received any email about this promotion code and neither is it available on the Dell Digital Locker page. This really should have been included to me when the order was shipped and not having me chase behind customer support agents trying to get a promotion code that was promised. I have contacted an agent but there is no further change on this matter. This is time sensitive from Nvidia perspective. Could you please look into why this is happening and help? Thanks.
Update January 5, 2021 = I was working with another agent who finally got me the redemption codes due to me.
If your product is eligible, you will receive an email notifying you that you are eligible for a digital download version of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and a 1-year GeForce NOW Founders membership. To claim your Nvidia promotional codes, follow the instructions in the email to access your My Locker Dell account.
To redeem your promotional code for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War you must have a GeForce Experience and Battle.net account. Please follow the steps below:
1. Install your qualified graphics card.
2. Update or install the latest version of GeForce Experience (Version 3.18 or higher).
3. Open and log in to GeForce Experience.
4. Go to the Account drop-down menu in the top-right and select "REDEEM".
5. Enter your bundle code from your qualifying bundle purchase.
6. Follow the remaining instructions on screen to sign in through your Battle.net account.

Yeah, I've already seen/read this but I have yet to receive the email code. The promotion is for a limited time, so I don't want to wait too long to get the code. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone to resolve the issue.
Indeed, I would be rattling cages at both Dell customer support and Nvidia customer support until somebody gives up a email code. As you noted this is a timed event, so after sending emails to both customer support departments I would be on the telephone to both parties also until the deed is done.

Good luck!
