If the order shows delivered but you have not received it, CALL Dell and report that - and report it to the shipping company so they can begin a trace of the delivery.

If the order shipped from the manufacturer (in China for most of the world), you should have a tracking number (which will not appear active until the system arrives in the destination country).  Use that.

If you have received a shipping notice but the tracking number is not yet active, the system is in transit from China to your country.
