My issue was resolved after 41 agonizing days. There is a disconnect between Dell Support and the Dell Replacement team and it is disappointing that the communications from Dell Support is so poor. Keep asking for status and hopefully they can get your issue resolved.
It is really hard not to give up. I'm glad to hear your situation got resolved. Like you said, I guess the only way to get it fixed is to keep asking for the status.
The support team has been rude and unhelpful. Very frustrating!
