Go to Dell.com and configure an exact order with exact specs as yours invoice. 

Click on delivery dates and enter your zip code. 

If you think it can be delivered earlier than your current order, cancel the order

I tried that and contacted them on text chat but they refused to provide a firm date for the delivery of the same spec though the estimated date was the maxiumum (14 days!).

you don't need to contact Sales again

The website itself shows estimated time while configuring order. 

 

Anyways it's up to you know, depending on the Urgency/Need you may wait or cancel the order.
