Dell Cares- about what?

Either Dell's products are incredible, their marketing team are geniuses, their sales are godlike creatures  or a combination because when there is an issue their service is DMV like.

I am struggling with Support Assist, Optimizer and Command Update not running on my 17 day old 7440.

Tech Service says likely problems are corrupt or improperly installed OS and Dell is not responsible to correct the problems even though Dell installed the OS and billed me for both the OS and the installation.

When asked how to file a complaint they said they were my only contact at Dell. After trying to find a back door in multiple areas the company line is "we are so sorry.....", I will help fix the issue,......", we do not have a contact to send complaints to.....".

This brings me to the question what does Dell care about? Although there are many potential answers customer satisfaction is not among them.

This was 2 days ago and problem remains and not contact as promided.      We sincerely appreciate the valuable information provided.
