Dell rewards issue

Good morning, everybody. Just a quick thought or question out there. I had $20 or so in Dell rewards that I went to use yesterday because they expired on July 1. However, when I tried to use it, it had already cashed me out, leaving me with a zero balance. Is there any way to have it restored so I can use it today? I did speak to someone through the chat yesterday, so I do have a timestamp for the first thank you in advance.
