Go to SolutionDell tracking number doesn't work anywhere!
FG3USPS000037## doesn't work on any carrier. Why bother giving me this number and the USPS tracking link if it isn't even a USPS or any other carrier I can google?!
FYI the last two ## are blanked out by me.
This is only the tip of the iceberg with regards to my problems during my ordering experience. After reading some posts online it's doubtful I may even get it in a timely manner.

I'm glad you're willing to individually help customers with non-working tracking numbers, however this really isn't a solution. I don't see a reason why Dell wouldn't be able to provide a valid tracking number... is this a Dell shortfall or a USPS shortfall?
Hey did you get a answer to this question? Ordered a laptop to ship to an APO and they gave me this same type of tracking number.
When called CC they told me the real tracking number is confidential at to "check with my local Post Office"
Of course my local Post Office never heard/seen this number before and are sending me back to Dell

Note: APO Shipments take 30-90 days to deliver. The USPS drops it to the Military mail system for final delivery to the customer.
