DHL Delivery

Hi,

I ordered a monitor which should have arrived today by DHL. 

From DHL tracking the delivery attempt looks to be made at a different address on the map. I am unable to get into contact with DHL ecommerce.

Can i request that this can be chased so future delivery attempts are not made at the same wrong address, or change delivery so i can collect from a service point
