Failed delivery

Hi,

Today my new laptop was to be delivered between 8 am to 18:00. I have been  waiting all day and took a day off work as a delivery time can not be provided. It failed to turn up. Then it’s logged as a failed delivery  at 20:00 and I was in. This is fabricated and untrue . I have camera footage that this did not take place. 
I am not contemplating a refund and and return of my order based on such poor customer care
