How do I get a receipt?
I am trying to get a receipt for a laptop that I purchased in 2023. While it is within the two-year window for the purchase to appear in the order support area of the website, it does not appear there. The chat and phone systems lead me to a never-ending loop of canned choices that lead to the same unhappy results.
Does anybody know how to get a person at Dell? Are there any left?

I now have a receipt! This is clearly THE place to come to get Dell's attention. I wish it were less clunky, but at least it worked.
