How to post positive feedback?

Question

I realise this is totally the wrong forum but have been trawling your website and I cannot work out how to do this.

I recently had some excellent Technical Support and wanted to give some very good feedback about the Tech Support guy who helped us. The number I called was the UK/Ireland support desk, but I was hoping someone on here could point me in the right direction? Do you have a feedback email or web page?

Unfortunately we don't have a form that fits your needs. We don't get theses requests very often and I have to be truthful with you, it's quite refreshing to read your post.

I guess you can use this form here, that is usually used to escalate a problem, but you can post your compliment in this also.
