Laptop Stolen

We had a Dell laptop stolen and filed a police report. The detective told us to contact Dell.

I found Dell’s “report lost or stolen system” article, but after two hours with bots, telephone prompts, and support menus, I still cannot reach a human or submit the report. Technical Support told me to try “Other Support,” but that has not helped.

Can a Dell rep or moderator point me to the correct way to report the stolen laptop? I can provide the service tag and police report details privately.
