Lost item during shipment by Pandion

The item declared Lost or stolen during shipment
After numerous attempt to solve issue and waiting quite amount of time, here is brief summary: 
They respond to me via email after i file to BBB.
I never anticipated that a company as large as Dell would reach out to me after I filed a complaint with the BBB regarding my situation.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue directly with Dell, I've never had the opportunity to connect with Dell authorities; instead, I've only been able to communicate with customer representative which lead me to wait more and more to solve issue.
DELL RESPOND: Instead of speaking with a specialist, I conversed with a customer representative. No specialist reached out to me. Had I not initiated another call to Dell, it's uncertain how much longer I would have waited. 
DELL RESPOND: I was informed by the customer representative that I would need to wait an additional 8 business days to receive my replacement (same case for refund!). 
It's disheartening to realize that even after waiting for what I thought was a sufficient period, I still have to endure further delays in obtaining my purchase.
DELL RESPOND: Despite my request to avoid using the same carrier company for my replacement, the representative informed me that this decision was not within my control; Dell would make the determination.
It's disheartening to see that even after facing numerous issues, DELL still doesn't prioritize its customers' needs.
So, if anyone purchase from DELL, cross your fingers! if you got lost item during the shipment, this company will make you wait for forever to solve it.

While it's a good gesture to post suggestion and advise for what you have been experiencing through, it's disheartening to see that you don't practice what you preach.  Why not taking a refund and try another company as suggested ???

@Chino de Oro​ Still have right to turn this item back in 30 days right? So, I am not practicing as I said at the moment because it already happen! I will fallow different approach to solve this issue. If you find the post valuable, take it as consideration, otherwise you can ignore it!
