Missing Dell Rewards Points

Hell Dell Rewards Customer Care,

I have an Alienware Arena account linked to the same email. I think it showed me 500 DRP (or maybe it was 1000 DRP) for signing up, and then I would check back weekly. I realized my DRP was 0 though until recently, when I finally got 500 DRP. Could you help me check for the missing DRP? I logged in a few times weekly to my account and even completed the quests.
