Missing Dell Rewards

Question

I signed up for Dell Rewards on ~April 13, it has been a month and I still haven't received my $25 sign up reward.

Furthermore, I have been claiming 500 DRP rewards in Alienware Arena but none of those have appeared in my account either. I've checked that my emails match.

Could someone help me look into this issue?
