My Dell Orders are Keep Getting Canceled

My Orders Keep Getting Canceled

Today Nov-29th 2022 around 10 PM 6/19/201 I submitted an order for a laptop but it was cancelled right away.. Same thing happened few months as multiple orders had been cancelled. As a result, I end up buying HP and Lenovo last two times when Dell cancelled my orders.

My order seemed to survive at first, however, it ended up getting canceled by Dell. I spoke with Dell customer rep last time and was assured no issues going forward . However that is not the case as orders are continue being cancelled.

This is completely unacceptable, and I do not understand what is going on with the whole ordering process and why this keeps happening. I am pretty close to being done with Dell as I have ordered countless of orders from Dell prior to this cancellation saga and I had every intention of continuing to do business with Dell however these recent experiences have made me lose my brand loyalty for Dell.

If someone could help steer me in the right direction and help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to keep doing this and later to find out that order was canceled and repeat the process over and over again.

Have you asked your financial institution to see what they can determine?

Are you using a credit card or account registered in the same country as the country to which you're having the order shipped?

I used multiple cards, and I am a U.S. Citizen and everything is register in USA. I have a perfect credit score.

I agree with you. I did get this checked with the verification teams myself.

It has been informed that the order was auto-canceled due to verification issues.

The teams have managed to get it cleared by doing the needful.

It has also been informed to convey to you that you can try to place the order again & it should go through now.

I looked up the posts and it seems like many people are having the same problem as me. I also called 866-383-4713 via Chat and spoke to the Verification team.  However, the order is still automatically canceled.

I want to find a way to solve it.

i just wanted to buy a computer, order got cancelled, so the model i wanted that was on sale is now no longer available, try to buy another one, that gets cancelled too, call support and because my orders keep getting cancelled now my cards are 'tagged' and any order i make is going to be cancelled until they review it. 

maddening. completely unacceptable. completely amateur. the only reason i'm attempting to do business with dell at the moment is based on requirement.

@DELL-Cares​ I hope you can help me clear my account with Verification team. It seems my account and/or address is flagged for auto cancel.
