Santosh K  from your sales team encouraged us to purchase a Dell laptop and other goods totalling over £700 Sunday afternoon (yesterday) through him. He sent us a link to buy rather than us buy online from Dell so he would receive the credit. We did as he asked. It did not work through his link initially and we had to wait for him to come back to us as he was busy selling to other people. He re-did the quote and it seemed to go through. We chose to pay via PAYPAL interest free over 3 months. Set up bank info etc and first monthly payment of £231.90 was taken out of my bank account yesterday. 

No order confirmation from Dell but order confirmation from PAYPAL? Emailed Santosh who later called me today and put me through to customer service overseas (24 hours later). The line was terrible, couldn't hear the guy properly as line kept breaking up and he didn't have a clue what to do. On the line for 1 hour, no further forward. Did not call back as promised and Santosh ignoring emails requesting help. BF about to finish and our son's Christmas present is on a BF deal. Never had such a lack of response from such a large company. Would definitely never buy off here again knowing how impossible it is to get anyone to help.

What is going on please? Is there nobody at Dell in the UK who can or is prepared to sort this nightmare please? So far has taken in excess of 6 hours and no further forward.
