There can be no changes made or order canceled if the order is in processing stage/ consolidation stage/shipping stage. You will need to wait for the order to be delivered & then contact customer service team & raise a cancellation request.

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the order number, registered name & email address.
