You should be able to access most of the installers for preinstalled software in My Dell Downloads.
The drivers for the system may be found on the Dell FTP Website.
However arguably the 2 most important pieces of software are unavailable to download from Dell through either Service. i.e. Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 or Microsoft Office 2010 Starter.
For Microsoft Windows you should create Recovery Media using Dell DataSafe as instructed in my wiki Windows Reinstallation Guide or request a Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD as described in my poll here.
For Office 2010 Starter you cannot download it from an official source however if you have it installed you may follow the instructions in Take Office Starter with You of course few people do this and only look for Office Starter after they have lost it... For those that have already lost it Office Web Apps in SkyDrive effectively replaces the Starter version.
For full versions of Microsoft Office (optional upgrade when purchasing your system) you need the Office MPI Card and you need to download Office 2010 Installation Files from Digital River.
See my wiki Windows Reinstallation Guide for more information.

All the software loaded will be in add/remove programs. Press [Windows] and [ r ] to bring up the run command type appwiz.cpl and press Enter
This will bring up the add/remove programs:
Provide screenshots of your add/remove programs like the above if you are looking for software that is safe to remove.
Commonly preinstalled software are Dell Stage, Dell Webcam Central, Dell Support Centre, Bing Toolbar, Office 2010 Starter, Roxio, Skype and McAfee. Thse can all be removed.
Dell Persona Personal Fingerprint is often installed also.
Here is a list of preinstalled software for WIndows 8. I know you are on Windows 7 but if you can see any of that software in the list in add/remove programs then likely it is preinstalled by Dell.

Hi ldmtulsa,
Thank you for providing the service tag.
I had a check on service tag and the last digit is number 1 rather than I. Would suggest you to check if I am right.
As per the service tag I see that you have no Roxio or Nero for your system.
Roxio you just got a trail period for 30days and you had not renewed after that.
Please do get back to us for further assistance or information.

Hi ldmtulsa,
Since you find these software unusable then you can definitely uninstall them.
Roxio is an American software company specializing in consumer digital media products. Its product line includes products for the creation of digital media projects, media conversion software, and content distribution systems.
Nero is a global computer software company headquartered in Karlsbad, Germany. It is perhaps most well-known for its burning software.
Please do get back to us for further assistance or information.

You are correct, the service tag does end with a "1". Sorry about that.
But I am confused about the Roxio and Nero. In the Programs Files (x86) folder I have folders for both Roxio and Nero.
I do not know what these programs are and what they are used for. Is it ok to uninstall them.
I think Dell should provide some kind of information about what they have pre-loaded and what the intent of the software it.
