I purchased a Dell G5 15 5500 gaming laptop on or about December 19th 2020. On or about Jul 26, 2021, the laptop was getting so hot it was shutting while playing games. It was burning hot? I put a service request.  

I paid for next day service with Dell but the service tech only works Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm? So do I and Dell has no repair service station here? So I paid for a service that Dell can’t provide. The Wed., Aug 11, 2021 9:39 a.m. This work order was closed. Advanced Resolutions, Aug 11, 2021, 3:19 PM. This is with reference to the conversation we had regarding service tag xxxxxx. As discussed, we will make a onetime exception and replace your computer with a new unit. 

Our system replacement process usually takes about 12-15 business days for new unit. However, I will try to expedite the delivery as much as possible. Order Cancelled Aug 12, 2021.

As discussed, we have set up a return for the computer for a full refund. Please find the attached label to ship the unit to us. The refund will take around 15-20 days after we receive the unit back at Dell. Laptop arrived Friday Sept 3, 2021 10:15 a.m...It was Signed by Nick at the shipping dock.

The refunded amount will be applied to the original payment method and will reflect in your account within the next 31 days or your next billing cycle. No good  as my account says “ no accounts found?

To track the status of your return and refund, please click the "View Order Details" button below and select the "View Return Details" option. Doesn’t work.... No "View Return Details" option.

SO IT'S NOW OCT 03, 2021 AND NO REFUND. DFS JUST SAYS THEY ARE MONITORING THE ACCOUNT(THE ONE I CAN'T FIND OR SIGN INTO?) WHERE ARE THE GOVERNMENT REGULATORS? HOW CAN A COMPANY JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY? I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BAD COMPANY OR SUCH BAD PRODUCTS,
