Dear Team,

This is on of my bad service which I am getting from your side. After multiple time troubleshoot on the laptop regarding the Wi-Fi adaptor no one is bothered to visit for the part replacement. As found many time the part was cancelled, I don’t know for what reasons. Now the technical again asked me to troubleshoot, I am chasing for a single laptop issue since month. This is higher management laptop.

I will inform my procurement team to discontinue with the Dell product.
