Syncreon order tracking
I ordered an Alienware laptop and it's said shipped since the 30th March (6 days ago now) and the track my order on syncreon still says my order has not been received at their warehouse?? Does this mean my laptop is still stranded in whatever country in Asia they decided to manufacture it in or is it actually on the way to the UK and not updated on their website
Just a bit worried as so many people on the forums have had pretty bad experiences with their delivery service so I hope everything's alright. The order page says I'll get tracking info 24 hours after it ships so maybe it hasn't left their factory yet i guess.
Haven't ordered from Dell before, anyone else know if this is pretty standard protocol and i just need to be patient here?

Hey, so for me it was pretty strange but I received it today actually. Synchreon literally did not bother updating the tracking AT ALL until the laptop was already in the UK and I received an email yesterday morning saying that it would be delivered today. It was pretty lucky that I saw it, I use gmail and the email was in the Promotions tab so not even my main inbox - the email looks really sketchy lol.
Anyway, once Synchreon has delivered the package to the UK, you can go to DHL tracking and put 39999 before your order number to receive more consistent updates on the delivery.
TL:DR check all your emails for a synchreon and you'll probably be fine

I’ve had my Alienware laptop shipped aswell on the 30th to the uk but haven’t received any update either, Syncreon doesn’t sound very promising from reviews but I’m hoping there aren’t any issues

Yeah I was having the same worries about Synchreon but I received the laptop and outlined it in my response to the other guy in this thread. They're just a middleman so you can trust DHL when they deliver it to you I hope.
After starting this thread, a mod even private messaged me saying my package was still being shipped from Asia (mine was made in China) and would take 12-15 days but it arrived to the UK on the same day so yeah...??
Hopefully you manage to get your laptop safely too

I think they operate internationally and are a middle-man logistics company that work between Dell and local delivery companies such as DHL, UPS, Fedex etc. Doesn't seem that their tracking works.

No not yet, sent my order details privately and said they’ve shipped it to the uk and was due at the warehouse on the 4th, still no email or update from Syncreon saying they’ve received the laptop.

Yes! In the UK my Syncreon delivery was actually handled by DHL --- the best place to track this was Track and Trace DHL Parcel UK and using '39999' to prefix my order number - not pertect but let me know that I was stop no. 20 and the driver was on stop 4. Thanks for the tip! Syncreon tell you nothing at all of any use so Dell/Syncreon please note --- a little more information would greater improve customer satisfaction. Another useful feature of tracking directly in DHL is that you can reschedule delivery etc if you need to.
