Verifying An Order

I was contacted via email, explaining I need to verify my order. I was given a number (866-383-4713) and the hours of operation (8:00 am - 8:00 pm CST). When I called the number the next morning, I gave them the order number, and was told the order has been verified. Which brings me to today, when I received another email that said I had to verify the order, with the same message. The email also includes that if they don't get ahold of me, they will cancel the order on my behalf.

I'm just trying to figure out if the order has been verified or not?! I've been receiving emails that say that my custom build is finished and ready, but I'm not sure of the delays or process this has to go through. I'm not sure if I should be expecting more emails, or something that says everything has been verified?!

I've given Dell the Purchase ID #, Order #, and Customer #. I just want a clear understanding of what's going on with the Laptop, and if their is anything I can do to move this along.
