Web security
While check for a recent order, in the 'recent order' section of my account, i was given information on someone else's orders. Given I can see someone else's information, can other people see mine information. Customer service has only blown me off. Is there anyway to get my concern resolved?

Obviously this is NOT suppose to happen.
EDIT>>You put in your tag# and got someone elses info?
I'm forwarding this thread to someone at Dell that will know where to send it.
As to whether they could see yours, honestly I don't know.
