Correct. Only we and the DELL-Cares agents can reply in public on a locked thread. The users case is being worked by a DELL-Cares agent. New users should start their own threads to get their case assigned to a DELL-Cares agent. Existing users should only reply on their own thread. Unless you are on one of the hardware Forum boards and are assisting with hardware troubleshooting.
