Where is my return tracking label?
Hello, my name is Joel I've emailed and called multiple times for a return tracking label as I did not receive one with my new computer for the exchange. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can return the old computer asap before the 90 days is up!

If the system is over 30 days from shipment, you cannot return it -- the return period starts with the shipping date and lasts 30 days.

I have the same question. The 'solution' is not even answering the question: How can I get a return tracking label so I can return the old system back? (I already get my replacement)
