Worst support experience
Literally give them information and they do nothing with it
names support who may be real or fake

if u call support some foreign person wont even contact u back literally fake names
support calls are fake!! dont waste ur time.

Oh completely forgot after my rant. My original problem if anybody is reading this! For the Dell G7 17 7790 gaming laptop in the alienware commanding center. The feature on "FX" I cannot click or enter setting on macros. If anybody have the same problem or have solution let me know! I just want to change some keys and add macros to them.
