Adding System to DDMC

Question

Hi, I performed a controller upgrade from a DD4200 to a DD9500. So the info got automatically updated in DDMC. I didn't perform a fresh install on the original DD4200 just reconfigured it. Now when I try to add it to DDMC I receive the below alert. xxxxxxxxxxx was not added. Host xxxxxxxxxxx is already being managed as xxxxxxxxxx. Any ideas? I figure it has to do with the certificate. Thanks.

Hi Ignes,

DDMC checks to see if it has that systems UUID in it's database, if it does, it produces the above error.

Therefore you should be able to follow the steps documented in the following knowledge base article:
