Autosupport Failure
Autosupport is no longer e-mailing externally. I'm not sure if our Exchange team broke something or not. Is the address still autosupport@autosupport.datadomain.com?
Error:
WARNING: MSG-SMTOOL-0018:SMTP mail server returned unexpected reply 550. Some recipients may not receive mail.

You should test it straight from the DDR command line - send an email internally and externally.
autosupport send internalemail@customer.com cmd "system show serialno"
autosupport send externalemail@hotmail.com cmd "system show serialno"
You will know right away which one arrives and where your problem lies, DD or your exchange server blocking.
The email you have stated is correct for daily autosupport files.
For 'real time' events (alerts) it's;
autosupport-alert@autosupport.datadomain.com
