Data Domain and DDBoost database integrations

I have a customer who uses Avamar but we are looking at options for the best way to backup databases.

They have Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and MongoDB. We believe the use of the DDBoost agent and direct backups to Data Domain are best.

Are there any good documents to describe these options, segregation with different MTREEs and replication too.
