Data Domain Cloud Tier Capacity Estimation
Will the Cloud Tier get approximately the same compression as Active Tier?
For example if I run a Physical Capacity sample on a set of data which ends up being 1 TiB physical used. Would approximately 1 TiB of storage be used in the cloud after the data gets moved?

Cloud tier would only get unique blocks which go cloud tier. So, if you have 1TiB unique blocks, that's what gets moved.
