I know only about .20, but .30 is available then you will need to get link from EMC.

The DD VE 3.0 uses DDOS 6.0. The 0.5tb eval version is available at the "try and buy" page

DDVE 6.0.0.30 (DDVE version 3, update 3) was only released yesterday. You can find it at the following URL:

https://support.emc.com/downloads/9012_Data-Domain

Select DDOS and then 6.0 and then it should be available in the list, which will direct you to the feedbackcentral website, where after completing the requested information, will provide you with the download link.
