DD160 boot ERROR 15
Hello,
The DD160 is not loading. The message appearing is:
"GRUB Loading stage1.5.
Loaderloading, please wait...
ERROR 15"
After that is not responding

Hi,
When a DDR is powered on the first thing it does is a power on self test (POST) then attempts to boot using GRUB from one of the disks in the head unit. Given the error you are seeing there is clearly some kind of issue with GRUB so the system is refusing to boot.
Unfortunately you will need to open a support case to get this investigated further as customers can do very little on their own (for example you won't even be able to get into the BIOS to change the boot device as its password protected).

Actually I opened a case just after posting this question. Support guy is right here working on the fix, very quick response!
