DD670 hung on reboot
We have a DD670 appliance OS version 5.7.2 which has working without issue for several weeks. When my Networker backups all failed I checked the device and found that it was no longer mounted. I tried mounting it, but it timed out and refused to mount. I went into the GUI and initiated a reboot. I checked it later in the day and was unable to access the GUI. I connected via ssh and received an alert that some services had not initialized and did I want to continue anyway. I answered yes, but most commands I entered failed because it said that the data domain was rebooting. I don't want to use the power button to force a shutdown since I don't know how that will affect my file system, which I don't want corrupted. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this?

Have a support checking it out, but obviously something was failing before and 1st reboot made things worse. So exactly, no one can say without checking logs... so your best and fastest route out is to have DD folks checking it.
