We have 2 DataDomains using Netbackup AIR.

Netbackup Environment:

DDBoostPlugin Version: 3.1.1

Master Server: Windows 2008 R2

Media Server: Windows 2008 R2

Netbackup Auto Image Replications sometimes fail with error 191, retries of the Replication fail for the same image again and again.

Using ddboost file-replication show detailed-file-history storage-unit m2a_ho2_dr2_sql_vp***b to view replication history driven by Netbackup, I came across the following error code(i've removed a large number of successful replications and only displayed the one that has failed):
