As DDBMA is what Dell nowadays calls "Microsoft App Agent", I see that Version 19.4 standard supports ends on March 31st 2023 (released in March 2020), so within just a few weeks? Would that even be a version you'd wanna be running any longer, where 19.12 is the latest version?
"Version 19.4:
Standard support:
31 MAR 2020 - 31 MAR 2023"
So have you even tried with a more recent version?
Is the DD you try to backup towards also in AWS? What version ddos is that one running and is that version supporting the ddboost lib version of the older MS app agent? Also when compared to environments where things are working? Or all the same version everywhere, for the MS app agent, DDOS version and OS being used?
