Scenario: Data Domain + DDBoost + NerWorker 8.0 Configuration
Ask the Expert: Scenario-1: In a Data Domain + DDBoost + NerWorker 8.0 Configuration - If you have the same 100GB document at 2 remote sites or say, central sites, Would it travel to the central site twice or Would the central site have 2 copies of the same?

If you are using client direct, DD will do de-dupe in good part on client and will know about stuff which is already on DD so only (almost actually) unique chunks will travel. This requires distributed-segment-processing to be enabled.
