What does "Unrestricted" mean?
I heard of DA, GA, RA, but what is UA? Here is what caught my attention:
I'm not even sure if "Unrestricted" here refers to availability status, but if someone from EMC could comment, that would be nice.

The release states are described in KB184446 https://support.emc.com/kb/184446
In this case a UA release is a Directed Availability - Uncontrolled release. This is a release candidate that is progected to go to GA status.
